Fight Lab is a Muay Thai gym in Henderson, West Auckland, offering classes for all levels: general adult classes, fighter specific classes, women’s classes and kid’s classes. We focus on small class sizes, and a comfortable, family-style atmosphere. As well as running classes and private trainings, our highly qualified and uniquely specialized staff mean we also offer performance development in strength, sport nutrition, biomechanics adjustments, and power output measures- largely for fight sports, but also having experience working with a range of high-end athletes. We pride ourselves in treating beginners or pros with no favouritism (though we may certainly seem meaner to the fighters!)
