  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
  • 2 large flour tortillas

Method

1. Whisk the eggs

Whisk eggs, milk (if using), salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.

2. Cook the eggs
