Lily + Squirrel was born from a love of Pilates and community building. We [obviously] love Pilates. We also love making space for people to gather, sharing space, time and few laughs while doing something that’s good for our mind and body. Our teaching style is accessible and inclusive – everyone is welcome. So if you’ve never tried Pilates before, or if you move a little differently, that’s totally fine with us.
