15% discount off weekly membership with code WHEREFIT15. Individuals must be a current employee of a company associated with WHEREFIT to receive weekly discount. Both membership types (Karmony Unlimited & Studio Membership) require an initial 26 week commitment. After completion of the initial 26 weeks of membership, you will automatically renew on a further 26 week Karmony Membership (with WHEREFIT corporate discount of 15%), charged at the beginning of each week to your credit card provided. If you do not wish to continue, you must notify by email ([email protected]) at least 4 weeks prior to the completion of your initial 26 weeks of membership. The discounted membership will continue to roll on for as long as Karmony, WHEREFIT and the individual’s workplace are associated. The individual must notify Karmony ([email protected]) should they cease to work at an associated company. Following your initial 26 week commitment, you may cancel anytime with 4 weeks notice. Early cancellation within the intial 26 week period will result in $130 early exit fee. You are entitled to 2 weeks “holiday/membership pause” per 26 week period of membership. It is a requirement that all credit cards are valid and any change of details is advised to ([email protected]). Any declined transactions with insufficient funds are accompanied by a bank fee of $11. Please note, this is a bank fee, not a Karmony fee.
