Welcome to Forster Yoga Mantra and Wellness Centre, we offer memberships or casual class pass for Pilates, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, sound healing and Aroma and Yin Yoga styles for all ages and abilities. And, we have monthly events with sound healing, beginner courses, sacred journey events and periodically, African drumming classes. The space has a beautiful, ‘Asian inspired’ Infra-Red Sauna, built for 3, perfect for 2! Great for after class !
If you are new to yoga or a master, you will find classes and courses to suit you. Our friendly and qualified yoga instructors are here to support you from beginner yoga class to more advanced. Our beautiful teachers at Yoga Mantra will help everyone who practices with us to find a connection between body, mind and spirit. We are ALL here to help you, on your yoga journey.
