Schedule to Terms & Conditions of Entry

Promotion name: Steptember 2026 WHEREFIT Member Prize Draw

Eligible countries: Australia and New Zealand.

Promotion period: Start: Tuesday, 1 September 2026, 12:00 AM AEST. End: Wednesday, 30 September 2026, 11:59 PM AEST. No entries will be accepted outside this time.

Promoter: Plonder Pty Ltd (ABN 43 606 839 463), trading as WHEREFIT, Level 13, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket NSW 2000, Australia.

Eligible entrants: Entry to the Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older, are registered participants in Steptember 2026, and hold an active WHEREFIT account provided through their employer or another WHEREFIT corporate partner.

Audience exclusion: Individuals whose only access to WHEREFIT is through Perks Pass are not eligible for this Promotion.

Details of prizes: 10 digital prepaid gift cards, each valued at AUD $100 or NZD $100 for a New Zealand winner. The Promoter will select the card network, issuer and provider at its discretion and may include Visa, Mastercard or a functionally equivalent digital gift card.

Total prize value: Total prize pool: $1,000, comprising 10 digital prepaid gift cards valued at AUD $100 for Australian winners or NZD $100 for New Zealand winners.

Methods of entry: To enter, an entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotion period;

• Log in to their WHEREFIT account.
• Complete the pop-up entry form.
• Submit the unique public URL for their own Steptember 2026 fundraising page.

Submitting the form constitutes entry into the Promotion. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and the WHEREFIT Privacy Policy.

Verification: The submitted fundraising-page URL must be accessible to the Promoter and the name displayed on the page must reasonably correspond with the entrant’s name or WHEREFIT account details. The URL will be used to verify that the entrant is a registered Steptember 2026 participant. No minimum fundraising amount applies.

Maximum number of entries: Only one entry per person is counted. Duplicate entries will be treated as a single entry.

Prize draw: The prize draw will take place at 12:00 PM AEST on Friday, 16 October 2026 at Plonder Pty Ltd (trading as WHEREFIT), Level 13, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket NSW 2000. All valid entries will be entered into a computerised random-selection tool and 10 winners will be selected at random.

Notification of winners: Provisional winners will be notified via email no later than Monday, 19 October 2026. A winner must respond and provide any reasonably requested verification information by 11:59 PM AEST on Monday, 2 November 2026.

Public announcement of winners: The names and countries of residence of verified winners will be published on the WHEREFIT website no later than Friday, 6 November 2026.

Unclaimed prize draw: If a prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 4 November 2026 at Plonder Pty Ltd (trading as WHEREFIT), Level 13, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket NSW 2000, using the same computerised random-selection method.

Notification of unclaimed prize winners: Any unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified via email no later than Friday, 6 November 2026 and must respond by 11:59 PM AEST on Friday, 20 November 2026.

Public announcement of winners from unclaimed prize draw: The names and countries of residence of verified unclaimed prize draw winners will be published on the WHEREFIT website no later than Wednesday, 25 November 2026.

Prize delivery: The digital gift card will be sent via email within 10 business days after the winner has responded and their eligibility has been verified.

Privacy policy: Personal information will be handled in accordance with the WHEREFIT Privacy Policy available at https://wherefit.com/privacy/.

Terms & conditions of entry

1. Information on how to enter, the prize details and the Schedule form part of these Terms & Conditions. The Schedule defines the promotion-specific details used in these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms, the Schedule prevails. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. Corporate Member means an individual who holds an active WHEREFIT account provided through their employer or another organisation that has a corporate partnership with WHEREFIT. Steptember Fundraising Page means the public fundraising page created for an individual participant as part of the Steptember 2026 challenge.

3. Entry is open only to people who satisfy all requirements in the Eligible entrants section of the Schedule. Individuals whose only access to WHEREFIT is through Perks Pass are not eligible for this Promotion.

4. Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter, Cerebral Palsy Alliance, any prize supplier, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the administration of this Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse or partner, child or step-child, parent or step-parent, grandparent, sibling, step-sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or first cousin.

5. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion period stated in the Schedule. All times stated in these Terms are Australian Eastern Standard Time unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. There is no additional fee to enter the Promotion. Entrants are responsible for their own internet, device and other ordinary costs associated with accessing the WHEREFIT Platform and Steptember fundraising page.

7. To enter, an entrant must complete every step in the How to enter section of the Schedule during the Promotion period. Registration for Steptember or holding a WHEREFIT account does not automatically enter a person into the Promotion.

8. The submitted Steptember Fundraising Page must belong to the entrant, be publicly accessible, and contain a name that reasonably corresponds with the entrant’s name or WHEREFIT account details. A fundraising page belonging to another person cannot be used. No minimum donation or fundraising amount is required.

9. The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and Steptember participation using the submitted URL, the entrant’s WHEREFIT account information and any additional evidence reasonably requested. The Promoter may, but is not obliged to, contact an entrant to resolve a minor discrepancy.

10. An entry may be deemed invalid if it is incomplete, duplicated, submitted outside the Promotion period, contains an incorrect or inaccessible URL, cannot be verified, does not reasonably match the entrant’s details, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and complete. The Promoter is not responsible for an entry being invalid because the entrant supplied incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible information.

11. The time of entry is the time the completed entry form is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for entries not received because of a technical, telecommunications, device, platform or network failure.

12. Only one entry per person is permitted. If the Promoter receives multiple entries from the same person, it may treat the first valid entry as the person’s only entry and disregard the others.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits misleading information, acts fraudulently or otherwise breaches these Terms. The Promoter’s reasonable decision regarding eligibility, verification and validity is final, subject to applicable law.

14. The prizes are described in the Schedule. The card network, issuer and provider may vary between winners and countries. The Promoter may select a Visa, Mastercard or functionally equivalent digital prepaid gift card at its discretion, provided that the prize supplied has the value stated in the Schedule.

15. Each prize is subject to the selected provider’s terms, conditions, availability, redemption requirements and expiry date. A winner may be required to provide information reasonably required by the provider to issue or activate the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for a prize that is lost, deleted, stolen, misused or expired after it has been validly delivered.

16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash from the Promoter. If a particular digital gift card is unavailable or cannot reasonably be issued in the winner’s country, the Promoter may provide a functionally equivalent digital gift card of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

17. The draw will be conducted in accordance with the Prize draw section of the Schedule. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. The draw will use a computerised random-selection tool, and the winner does not need to be present.

18. Each person selected in the draw is a provisional winner until their eligibility and entry have been verified. If a selected person is ineligible, their entry is invalid, or they cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may conduct a replacement random draw from the remaining valid entries as soon as reasonably practicable.

19. Provisional winners will be notified using the email address associated with their WHEREFIT account. The Promoter is not responsible if it cannot contact a winner because their account or contact details are incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or because the notification is filtered or blocked.

20. A provisional winner must respond by the deadline stated in the Schedule and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and deliver the prize. If the winner does not respond by that deadline, the prize will be treated as unclaimed.

21. Any unclaimed prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the Schedule and subject to any requirements or directions of an applicable regulatory authority. A redraw winner will be subject to the same verification and claim requirements as an original winner.

22. The names and countries of residence of verified winners may be published on the WHEREFIT website in accordance with the Schedule. By entering, entrants consent to this limited publication if they win.

23. The prize will be delivered electronically to the email address confirmed by the winner within the timeframe stated in the Schedule. The Promoter and its service providers are not liable for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect details supplied by the winner or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

24. Entrants are responsible for any tax implications or expenses arising from entering the Promotion or accepting a prize, except for the cost of issuing and delivering the prize. Entrants should obtain independent advice where appropriate.

25. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian or New Zealand law.

26. The Steptember website, the Steptember Fundraising Page and the digital gift card are provided or operated by third parties. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability or technical operation of those third parties, except to the extent required by law.

27. If an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevents or materially affects the conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may suspend, modify, postpone or cancel the Promotion, or take another reasonable step necessary to address the event, subject to applicable law and any directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoter will not change the Promotion merely to disadvantage entrants.

28. The Promoter will collect and use personal information, including the entrant’s WHEREFIT account details and submitted Steptember Fundraising Page URL, to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, publish winner information as described in these Terms, handle enquiries or complaints, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as otherwise required by law.

29. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the WHEREFIT Privacy Policy at https://wherefit.com/privacy/. The Promoter may disclose information to service providers, prize suppliers, professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion or comply with law.

30. These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales, without limiting any rights or protections that apply under the laws of the entrant’s country or place of residence.
