Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $40.00. To avoid a cancellation fee, please call us on (08) 6555 8619, please update with at least 12 hours to notify us of your change in circumstance, which frees up the appointment time for our other clients. If you are calling outside of our business hours, or if we are unable to take your call, please leave a message on our answering machine or email your practitioner directly. Please note we don’t like to charge this fee, so we will work with you to make contact and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
