Our Fitness Pathway is ready for all fitness enthusiasts looking to take their health and fitness to the next level. Having qualified Exercise and Sport Scientists as your trainer sets a high standard. We incorporate evidence-based training principles to drive your fitness goals. Classes offered are Strength, Pilates, Spin and Metabolic Conditioning in a fun environment ensuring that exercise is a positive experience.

Our Clinical Pathway is dedicated to all who are suffering from injury or chronic pain. We implement hands on therapy and progress clients to movement-based rehabilitation via modalities such as Clinical Pilates or Clinical Strength to re-establish correct and clean movement patterns.
