We provide Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services to assist in diagnosing and rehabilitating injuries. With experience in elite sports, as well as manual handling and ergonomics, we are able to use our depth of knowledge to assist in identifying impairments and developing an appropriate management plan to expedite recovery.

Your consultation will likely consist of the following:
– A detailed history of your complaints where we piece together a number of factors which assist us with our diagnosis
– An objective examination where we complete a series of tests to rule in our provisional diagnosis and rule out our differential diagnoses
– Treatment to assist in modulation pain and restoring normal movement patterns
– Advice and education regarding the diagnosis, likely prognosis, appropriate management strategies and prevention strategies
