You’ll be asked to provide a list of employees who should receive access to WHEREFIT, so we can create their accounts.
We only require a CSV file with three fields: first name, last name, and email address. That’s it — no additional employee data is needed.
Set up is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving the completed employee list.
Yes. Employees will receive a welcome email from WHEREFIT inviting them to set their password. Once that’s done, they’re ready to start using WHEREFIT immediately.
Yes. We recommend letting employees know in advance that they’ll receive an invitation email from WHEREFIT.
The invitation email from WHEREFIT also clearly explains that their employer provides WHEREFIT as a wellbeing benefit.
To help communicate the benefit and activation process, we recommend sharing the Getting Started with WHEREFIT doc with your employees before invitations are sent.
Once employees have activated their account, they can log in anytime at: wherefit.com/log-in. Encourage employees to bookmark the link so they can revisit it regularly.
Employee data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Yes. If you want to add more employees later, simply purchase access for the additional employees the same way you originally did.
