Vital Beat delivers music-driven classes in Yoga & Reformer Pilates and hopes to facilitate a safer space in which clients & students can experience themselves, their bodies, and their needs as equal to those of others without discrimination.

Music is at the heart of what we do, and with 15 teachers and 5 class styles across 7 days of the week, there’s something for everyone!

We also offer a creche, Pregnancy Yoga, Mums n Bubs Yoga, & Kids Yoga!
