At S3 Studio Elsternwick we focus on small group classes, with only 8 beds in our Reformer studio, to allow for individual attention in a safe environment.

Our highly trained instructors will provide you with a whole body workout focusing on Stretch, Strength and Stability which utilises a holistic and evidence-based approach.

We run various classes including dynamic reformer classes (all levels welcome), stretch & release, mums & bubs classes and teenage (14-18 yo) only classes.
