FEMME Fitness Hub is a women’s only transformation centre. We pride ourselves on being ALL inclusive and can tailor our workouts to any individual. We are a strong community of empowered women, striving to live healthier, happier lives. We have a huge passion on ingraining good health and exercise on to the next generation, offering child minding services and providing a child friendly environment.
