Phoenix Yoga is a hot Yoga & Pilates studio. We offer a variety of heated classes as well as some non heated gentle Yin yoga and meditation classes. The classes are acilitated by trained teachers to help and assist practitioners to obtain health, strength, flexibility and balance.
