Little Gem Yoga offers weekly yoga classes in Emerald and Sapphire and the opportunity to have a private class also. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability and classes are able to be modified to suit people in all stages of life. Kelly teaches Vinyasa Flow, Long Slow Deep, Core Yoga, Chair Yoga and loves to incorporate her love of mindfulness through each class. Classes are held indoors and outdoors, making the most of getting outside to take in all that nature has to offer.
