On top of the large range of classes on offer we also have an on-site cafe with garden oasis, a zen lounge area available for hiring for events as well as a members co-working space. We also do regular pop-up workshops including Breath-work & Sound-healing.

We offer all forms of Yoga from Adult & Tween Aerial, Vinyasa, Yin, Mums & Bubs, Bro Flow & Surfers Yoga to Pilates, Barre & Ride.
