CONDITN is a group strength and conditioning gym that creates a perfectly balanced workout regime for all fitness levels with the combination of our classes; LIFT, ENGINE, POWER, BASE and ESSENTIALS. We take the principles of athletic performance and apply them to the everyday athlete.
We run group-based sessions 7 days a week and Monday – Friday two strength and conditioning classes are run simultaneously in each session. This gives you the flexibility to customise your training program to match your goals, whether it’s muscle growth, body recomposition and / or overall fitness. With our progressive 8 week program you are guaranteed to see results, get stronger and improve your fitness.
