Aqua Sculpt, exclusively in Australia, is using water to transform and sculpt your body. Our full body workout engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously to enhance your balance, flexibility and strength. Our classes take place in swimming pools on top of the water’s surface on our floating exercise platform. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, especially beginners to float fitness.

Our Mission is to create an effective full body workout that is beyond the confines of traditional studios and available to everyone of all fitness levels.
