Active & Ageless Canterbury

At Active and Ageless health club, we specialise in over 50s group classes.
We cater to all levels of fitness from beginners classes (seniors fitness class) to more advanced (Boxing, conditioning).
Our exercise programs are designed to help improve your mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, heart health, weight loss, stamina and total body strength.
Before starting we conduct a through health & medical assessment on all members, and we conduct fitness assessments every 3 months.
