The Outdoor Squad has had to adapt and so we’ve morphed into “The Indoor Squad”. But just because we have been forced inside doesn’t mean that we can’t get an awesome workout in. Using Zoom we deliver all our classes live & interactive, just like at a normal outdoor session.
We use specially tailored workouts so that you’ll be able to perform them in the comfort of your own home or backyard.
Here at The Indoor Squad our motto is... Don’t sit the apocalypse out… Work it out!
